Fees and Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and respectful therapeutic process, the following policies apply.

 

Fees and Payment

All sessions must be paid in advance at the time of booking.  

Payment secures your appointment time and helps ensure availability for all clients.

 

Cancellations and Missed Appointments 

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.

Late Cancellations (less than 24hrs notice) and no shows will be charged the full session fee upon next booking. 

Cancellations can be made via phone, voicemail or text message. Please ensure you received a confirmation of your cancellation.
