BIO / PSYCHO / SOCIAL APPROACH
We believe in integrative approaches to therapy, taking into account the interconnected relationship between mind (cognitive) body, (behavioural) environment (external) relationships (social/ familial) in the healing process. and how they effect how we navigate the world we live in.

We are dedicated to providing long-term support to women on their journey towards mental and emotional well-being.
‘Sh*te, Thanks for asking'
Sh*te, Thanks for asking follows the journey of psychotherapist and writer Angi Dixon who lost her younger brother to suicide in 2019. She documents her grief journey in the first year with a powerful series of letters, essays and talks about the experience of trying to deal with the grief of losing her younger brother to suicide, her Mother to Alzheimer’s and ultimately - herself.
‘’An Irish Woman’s journey through grief, loss, shopping for banana’s at 3am, crying in coffee queue’s and asking Siri for the GPS coordinates to the ‘otherside’. You’re not going mad - you’re grieving. That first year when you lose your person – it will knock the stuffing out of you. So look at this book as a spray plaster and grief repair kit to get you through the moment.’’
Laugh, cry, howl - get through it.
